Prime Cameras respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect and why.
Payments
Card payments are handled entirely by PayPal. We never see or store your card details. We keep a record of each order (which photo, the amount, and the date) so we can deliver your download and provide support.
Cookies
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. We use them in three ways:
- Essential cookies keep the site working — remembering your basket, keeping you signed in to your account or the admin area, holding your delivery details through checkout, and protecting forms against fraud. The site can't function without these, so they're always on and don't need your consent.
- Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) help us understand how the shop is used — which products people view, and where they leave — so we can improve it. These only run if you accept them in the cookie banner. You can decline, and the site works exactly the same. Google Analytics is a service provided by Google; see Google's privacy policy.
- Payment cookies (PayPal) are set by PayPal on the checkout page to process your payment securely and prevent fraud. They only appear when you reach payment.
We don't use advertising cookies. To change your analytics choice, decline in the banner, or clear this site's data in your browser and the banner will ask again on your next visit.
Newsletter & emails
If you sign up to our newsletter, we store your email address so we can send you new-gallery alerts, offers, and your welcome perk. If you use a gallery's "Notify Me" button, we store your email solely to tell you when that specific gallery goes live. We never sell your details or use them for anything else, and you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email (or by emailing sales@primecameras.co.uk). Order confirmation and download emails are sent as a necessary part of fulfilling your purchase.
Photos of you
We photograph public events. If you'd prefer a photo of you wasn't listed for sale, see our photo removal page and we'll take it down promptly.
