By buying from Prime Cameras you agree to the following.

What you're buying

We sell two kinds of things: camera gear (physical products, posted to you) and photo downloads (a digital download of a single full-resolution photograph for your own personal use. You're welcome to print and share it, but please don't resell it or use it commercially without our permission).

Payments

Payments are processed securely by PayPal (including card payments). Prices are shown in GBP. Photo downloads are made available immediately after payment is confirmed; camera gear is dispatched after payment clears.

Camera gear: delivery

Delivery is free to UK addresses and is sent tracked and signed for, to the delivery address confirmed through PayPal at checkout. We'll email you the tracking reference when your order is dispatched. We currently deliver to the UK only.

Camera gear: returns & cancellation

You have 30 days from receiving your order to return it, for any reason. That's more than double your statutory 14-day right to cancel when buying online. Email us within that window, send the item back in the condition you received it (unused, with all packaging and accessories), and we'll refund you in full within 14 days of receiving the return. Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty.

If an item arrives faulty or not as described, tell us as soon as possible. You're covered by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and we'll repair, replace or refund it, including the return postage.

Photo downloads: refunds

Photo purchases are covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not happy with a photo, email us within 30 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full, no fuss. Refunds are returned to your original PayPal payment. If you simply have trouble downloading a file, contact us and we'll put it right.

Copyright

All photographs remain the copyright of Prime Cameras. Buying a download grants you a personal licence to use the image; it does not transfer copyright.
